At launch, The Hague Convention Bureau adopted a new corporate identity. We were tasked with its practical implementation, as well as the development of the marketing and communication infrastructure.
The team of The Hague Convention Bureau focus on the acquisition of business events for the city of The Hague, working to achieve very specific business goals. The new website would need to support the work of the team as well as serve as a platform for marketing the city to their respective target groups.
We carried out the project in its entirety, starting from customer journey and target audience analysis to the creation of content, design and functionality that enabled this journey. The website was also built to accommodate future growth and potential expansion into new areas of business. User testing as well as the survey among the stakeholders revealed that the website was well-set to achieve its objectives.
Next to the quality of execution, we really appreciated the smooth cooperation and easy flow in which this project was carried out. Happy Folk are creative, flexible and very professional. Excellent work.
